Q: What are the condition of the shoes?
A: We are glad you asked! We work with designers and department stores to buy excess inventory and end of the season styles. Some shoes are new shoes, and other were store display. Display shoes may/may not have original box, have pricing stickers/residue, scuffs/scratches and/or tried on in a store. Pair to pair may be a different condition based on its past. Good news! You won’t have to try to guess the condition from the pictures. The shoe condition (new or display) will be listed in red above the ‘add to cart’ button. More specific condition details are in the details section; read before purchasing. Fun fact: New shoes - are brand new in original boxes!
Q: Can you tell me more about sizing?
A: Of course! We have links to size guides (Size Guide). Also do keep in mind that different designers/styles have different fittings. But we do accept returns if they do not work out. Lastly, the size listed on the site, is the size listed on the shoes/box.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30 day return policy. Please visit the return page for details (Return Policy).
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately once an order is place, it cannot be canceled. But email us, we’ll try our best, but can not guarantee it. We do have a 30 day return policy.
Q: Oh no! Can I change address?
A: We apologize but we are unable to change an address after an order is placed. Be mindful of this when placing your order.
Q: When are the customer service hours?
A: We are more than happy to help you during our business hours of Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Luckily, we’ll reply within 1 business day though! Contact us here
Q: Can I exchange for a different pair?
A: Great question! While we do not have an exchange system in place at this time, to guarantee you get the item while it is in stock, we advise you to purchase it now so we can ship it to you as soon as possible, and send your return back to our warehouse. We will refund your returned order within 3-4 business days of receiving your item to our warehouse.
